The mood board we received from the folks at Gustum was completely based on a modern side which featured all continental recipes, while their preparations were all authentic Indian and Kerala style cuisine.
In order to do justice with their aesthetic and mouth-watering recipes, we designed a mood board for Gustum that recreated an the ambience of an ancient Kerala Kitchen. We sourced utensils and props that gave the feel of an authentic Indian
kitchen setting while keeping the lighting subtle and as natural as possible.
Though we have used direct light on the products to improve focus and to highlight them, we made sure the lighting looked as natural as possible
